Important: Wake Tree Quotes is a lead-matching website. It is not a tree-service contractor, arborist, utility, emergency service, insurer, or property-safety professional.

1. What the service does

The website lets users submit information about a tree-service need. Wake Tree Quotes may share a submitted request with up to three independent tree-service providers who can decide whether to contact the user about the job.

2. No guarantee of a quote or provider

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will respond, visit the property, give an estimate, accept the job, offer a particular price, or complete work within any timeframe.

3. Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses. Unless the site expressly states otherwise for a specific provider, Wake Tree Quotes does not employ them and does not control their prices, scheduling, licensing, insurance, qualifications, safety practices, workmanship, warranties, representations, or contracts. You are responsible for evaluating a provider before hiring, including confirming any license, insurance, permits, references, or other qualifications that matter for your project.

4. No emergency or safety assessment

Website content, including the concern checker, is general information only and is not a professional tree-risk, engineering, electrical, utility, or emergency assessment. Keep people away from situations that appear dangerous. If a tree or branch is touching or threatening a power line, stay away and contact the electric utility or emergency services as appropriate.

5. Your submission

You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and to submit only information and photos you have the right to share. You must have legal capacity and appropriate authority to request service for the property or project involved.

6. Contact consent

When you check the consent box and submit a quote request, you are asking Wake Tree Quotes to share that request and your contact details with up to three independent providers. Those providers may contact you by phone, text message, or email about that specific tree-service request. This consent is not a requirement to purchase any service.

7. Fees and compensation

There is currently no homeowner fee to submit the website's quote-request form. Wake Tree Quotes may receive compensation from providers for qualified leads or other business arrangements.

8. User content

You keep ownership of photos and descriptions you submit. You grant Wake Tree Quotes a limited permission to host, process, copy, and share that content as reasonably necessary to operate the matching service, handle the request, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the site to submit fraudulent or unlawful requests, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, interfere with the site's operation, scrape or harvest personal information, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

10. Website availability

The site may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Errors, outages, delayed submissions, spam filtering, and other technical problems can occur.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and matching service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Wake Tree Quotes does not promise that the site, information, provider availability, estimates, or provider services will meet every user's needs.

12. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wake Tree Quotes is not responsible for losses caused by the acts, omissions, advice, pricing, scheduling, property damage, injury, or work of an independent provider, or by a user's decision to hire or not hire a provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow a user to waive.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
